Drawing on my mechanical engineering background, my practice focuses in the areas of intellectual property, construction law and complex litigation. In the area of intellectual property, I am skilled at patent, copyright an trademark infringement, drafting and negotiating license agreements, website legal implications, as well as, trade secret litigation. In the areas of construction law, I have worked on litigation involving multiple parties and issues, mechanics liens and claims under the Pennsylvania Contractor Subcontractor Payment Act.
Before joining Ekker, Kuster, McCall, & Epstein, LLP, I served as an associate with one of the 50 largest law firms in the country; specializing in construction and intellectual property. I also worked as an intellectual property litigation associate in Washington D.C. for one of the world’s largest law firms.
