In 2001, Richard W. Epstein and Ronald McCall joined Henry Ekker, Thomas W. Kuster, and William G. McConnell to form the largest law firm in Mercer County, now known as Ekker, Kuster, McCall & Epstein, LLP. With roots dating back to the 1950’s, the firm built on its long-term client relationships, focusing on improving clients’ lives and building the community at large while creating a firm able to tackle the diverse legal challenges of the 21st century. EKME is dedicated to providing value to its clients by serving both as primary problem solvers and as gate keepers to a network of specialized services outside the firm.
Since its formation, Ekker, Kuster, McCall & Epstein, LLP has strived to deliver to clients and the community the best talent and work product across a range of practice areas. The firm counsels many of the region’s leading private sector industries, municipalities, and economic development organizations in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, employment, commercial real estate and litigation while serving individual needs in domestic matters, accident and injury claims, elder law, estate administration, and estate and succession planning.
The firm continues to evolve to meet the legal needs of its clients. Wade Fisher joined the partnership in 2011 to provide clients expert tax, estate, and elder law services. In January 2018, attorneys Brett Stedman and Russell Adkins were elevated to the partnership in recognition of their long-standing commitment, hard work, and dedication on behalf the firm’s litigation, municipal, criminal, and family law clients. In December, 2017, the firm relocated its main office to 68 Buhl Boulevard in Sharon, Pennsylvania and also made a Grove City office location available by appointment for client convenience.
